(More customer reviews)Hate to say it but we have had 2 of these in two years. The glider mechanisim keeps falling apart. It squeeks loudly and grinds. I weigh 200 lbs. Shouldn't be too much to ask for with an expensive glider.
Also the fabric is not scotch guarded, so it stains very easy. Not good for a baby chair. These are made in Canada in a French area. Customer service is boarderline rude and short with you, because you don't understand the Thick french accent. I doubt I will ever buy another Shermag product.
