(More customer reviews)This was the only glider/pedal combination bike I could find that was set up to work this way. I didn't want to get training wheels for my 4 year old because I find them unstable. This way she can learn to balance and then go straight to pedals. Another benefit is that she can push it around in the backyard on the grass, which she wouldn't be able to do with training wheels. She loves it and I think we will add the pedals before the end of this summer. One issue-the white plastic cover on the gears scrapes against the rear wheel, slowing it down and scratching the plastic wheel cover. I even took it to a bike store to see if they could take it apart and put it back together better than I did, but not much luck. It seems to be a design flaw of the bicycle. If I had known this I may have opted to buy a regular bike and just have a bike shop take the pedals and gears off until she had her balance. A glider can be made with any bike just by doing that. So unless they fix this design flaw I would buy a different bike instead and just turn it into a glider for a while. Probably more difficult to detach and attach, but the construction of this casing around the gears just doesn't fit correctly.

(More customer reviews)My four-year-old son loves this toy. We'd seen one while on vacation, and he played with it for a while. I used it as a reward for consistent good behavior, and it was a great incentive that continues to get lots of use even a few months later. He's able to pump it up, and launch it himself. The rockets go much higher than I expected. Even his eight-year-old sister and her friends like to play with it. I got the refill rockets as well since sometimes the rockets get stuck on the roof until we get a strong wind. It's a great toy!

Fun Ride Deluxe Zip Line Review

(More customer reviews)My son received this from my sister for his 8th birthday. Easy to set up with the diagram on the box, there are a few small pieces, so make sure you are in a clean area or on a bench/table to lay out all the parts so that you don't lose any. We put the anchor strap on the first tree, stretched the cable across the yard to the other tree, adjusted the cable to be as tight as possible by hand, and then slid the anchor cable up to get the right angle. Tightened the turnbuckle, assembled the trolley on the tightened cable and away we went. The kids all loved it. I'm sure I will have to tighten the cable a few times over the next week or two as it stretches. It's a little low to the ground right now for the bigger kids (and adults) but soon I'll move it up and put a steeper angle on the cable.
Very easy and a great gift!
