I love Apogee--they're a great little company. I bought the Darkbird because I love challenging build rockets, and I loved the SR-71 type look and that it was a boost glider.
Directions were great, and the rocket went together with no problem, although it does take some patience and effort. It is skill level 4 for a reason.
I've only launched it once, and it worked just as it should, but I haven't got the glide right yet--boost gliders usually take some adjustment.
Some better instructions for properly balancing the rocket for a good glide would have helped. I'll get it right eventually--looking forward to many more launches of this little bird.
