(Problem was: Dryer drum tilting openeing a gap at bottom ring allowing clothes to get caught in the drum neaxt to door, leaving clothes with damage. The nylon pieces of the felt gasket had broken off allowing the drum to tilt. New gasket had all 3 nylon spacers and reset the drum to its correct alignment - perfect)
