(More customer reviews)I just received the window cleaner today. I am so disappointed! I have double-paned windows, and the magnet holds for a little bit, then gives out. When the outside cleaner falls (even though you have the string tied around your wrist), it inevitably hits the outside of the house, and the cleaning pad falls off! I was testing it on a first story window, but if it had been the second story window, I would have had to keep going outside to retrieve it.
