(More customer reviews)I ordered the item from target. It arrived within the week, missing two of the rollers. I immediately wrote to the help center about it. They said they would get back to me. One week later I again have to write and find out that they can't send the missing wheels I have to get a replacement, refund or use as is. Needless to say, I am returning it. How can you sell a product and not have replacement parts?
